Would banning anonymous comments reduce cyberbulling?

Cyberbullying is using any electronic device or website to harm someone else. This includes insulting, revealing personal information, and harassing them. Involves the use of information and communication technologies to support deliberate, repeated, and hostile behavior by an individual or group that is intended to harm others.
The behavior typically occurs via, e-mail, instant messaging, and chat rooms, and can result in traumatic experience for the recipient. The bullying may be in the form of threats, spreading of rumors, or humiliation.
So would banning anonymous comments reduce cyberbullying??
A person who posted an anonymous comment can still be tracked down by using their IP address. Every computer has their own unique IP address that can be used to find the person who made the comments. Figuring out the IP address takes some software but once you have it the internet is all you need to locate the computer.

Banning anonymous comments would only make it easier to see who made which comments. It would do nothing to discourage people from making them. Bullies do what bullies want to do and they do not usually think about consequences.
Therefore, that question is more opinion. There isn't an answer. Some people think it should, others think it shouldn't be banned.

how much technology should be provided to students and teachers?

In an educational enviroment there should be access to technology available in order to make the learning and teaching process more efficient. This provides more essential information for both parties but for every good thing there has to be a flaw. If technology is provided to student it may lead them to hack into administration files thus gaining access to tests and examinations and then they cheat. On the other hand technology provides an easier learning enviroment for students. Technology in context to teachers can also be bad because they may be bribed into sending their students tests and exams but it can also be good because they are able to communicate with students and give them more new relevant information.

I would like to hear what you think about this issue because you are more able to relate to this situation. I want to know how much technology you think should be available to both students and teachers.

Identity theft insurance

What should be done about identity theft?

Identity theft should become a national concern because it may happen to any random person and it is increasingly becoming a bigger problem as a lot of people are losing a lot of possesions and money. Thus people have set up identity theft protection insurances. It is now being used as a type of new insurance in many countries especialy in da US, which claims to protect you from costs associated with identity theft even though they may not be able to reimburse your lost goods. Bearing in mind that other organisations such as bank are also failing to protect identity theft,so should a person buy identity theft protection?

Description

This blog was created in order to express my views and get peoples views on the different ethics and issues of using computer literacy. This blog just deal with mainly computer related issues from certain referenced pages. I hope this blog will achieve its objective throughout its running. I hope to create awareness of these ethics and issues to the youth. I hope to get positvie and negative feedback as I want to hear peoples different thoughts and oppinions on the topics I will be talking about, only I recommend that people do not use explicit language and vocabulary. Blogging is a very convinient means of discussing on issues and just sharing different information. I think some of the information in blogs may not be accurate but most of it is. It is a great way to advetise yourself and your product, its a very simple process of communication. Blogs are the easiest way to set up a website, easy to create, easy to maintain and they are search-engine friendly.
