how much technology should be provided to students and teachers?

In an educational enviroment there should be access to technology available in order to make the learning and teaching process more efficient. This provides more essential information for both parties but for every good thing there has to be a flaw. If technology is provided to student it may lead them to hack into administration files thus gaining access to tests and examinations and then they cheat. On the other hand technology provides an easier learning enviroment for students. Technology in context to teachers can also be bad because they may be bribed into sending their students tests and exams but it can also be good because they are able to communicate with students and give them more new relevant information.

I would like to hear what you think about this issue because you are more able to relate to this situation. I want to know how much technology you think should be available to both students and teachers.

  2. Technology is the future of learning. It has a dominant place in our lives, therefore it is essential for today's learners. We cannot judge technology to user related issues, bribing and hacking are externalities. Such issues should be targeted to the user not the technology. In order to prevent such misuse, technology access zones should be controlled and individuals should be monitored.

Then again...we all are bonded by technology, we are already controlled and we are being monitored.
